Grilled Lamb in Chobani Sauce
Chobani is a kind of greek yogurt.. if you love yogurt, you must know about this... I love chobani, the tekstur is thicker, more creamy, and also contain all healthy things inside.
Making steak with heavy cream and chicken broth is a common thing that we always do. What if we combine our steak with chobani, the lovely greek yogurt ever... Besides it's healthy for us.. And the taste is amazing..!!
Ingredients :
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoon light olive oil
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground blackpepper
1 1/2 tablespoon rosemary chopped rosemary
2 lamb racks, trimmed, frenched
1 tablespoon canola oil
For sauce :
1/2 cup whole plain milk chobani greek yogurt
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 shallot minced
1 fresh rosemary
1/4 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground blackpepper
Preparation:
# Pre heated oven to 475 F
Instructions :
1. Seasoning lamb with salt, pepper and rosemary
2. Heat a saute pan with a canola oil on medium high heat and cook lamb for 3 minutes on each side.
3. And still with the same skillet, transfer it to the pre heated oven and roasted it for 5 more minutes
4. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couples of minutes.
5. For sauce, in the same pan, remove the grease and add butter, shallot, rosemary saute for 2 minutes.
6. Add cream and seasoning with chobani, salt and pepper
7. Pour the grilled lamb with the sauce
