Avocado Kale Smoothies






Do you ever think an easy way to add your intake of fruits as well as help your body to get the best nutrient? I know everybody like fruits. But sometimes I find so bored when just eating it alone without variation. 





I know avocado is good for health. But to minimize this avocado fat, I prefer to add Kale on my avocado. As I know Kale contains so many vitamins. Avocado and Kale are a perfect combination when become a smoothie. The creaminess of avocado makes no more slight bitterness on Kale...







Ingredients :

1 1/2 avocado
1/2 cup chopped kale
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions :

Mix all in the blender until find, and enjoy your healthy drink.. You can add ice if you like.. :) 




Banana Chia Smoothies





Perhaps bananas are a small things, cheap, easy to get and even less of value besides any others fruit. But in one banana contain a lot of nutritions, they are terrific, such a healthy food when included in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol. 



Because they are naturally fat, cholesterol and sodium free, Bananas also as a source of potassium, dietary fiber and vitamins B6 and C.
So let's make banana for breakfast..!

Ingredients :

2 riped banana
1/3 cup quick rolled oatmeal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 greek yogurt
strawberries, blueberries, banana, and almond for topping

Instructions :

1.    In a bowl, mix oatmeal, chia seeds and greek yogurt together until fine
2.    Mashed 1/ 1/2 half riped banana and add to oatmeal mixtures
3.    Serve immediately with add some strawberries, blueberries, and chopped almonds for topping




Strablu Smoothies







Ingredients : 

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 unsweetened green tea
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup strawberry
1 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed powder
6 ice cubes

Blend it together until smooth and put ice on it..

Benefits : 

Besides as a mood booster when you wake up, this smoothies is also as an anti oxidant for your body.





Bluberries Smoothies





Ingredients : 

6 blueberries
4 blueberries (do not blend)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, cut into chunks
1 cup agave syrup
1 cup plain yoggurt / vanilla
lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
6 ice cubes

Blend it together until smooth and put 4 blueberries on top of it..


Benefits : 

As a hormon cortisol to your body and anti inflammatory
