Spicy Beef Blackpepper






Ingredients : 

boneless beef sirloin
olive oil
2 stalks red chili or bird's eye chilli
1 shallot, minced
3 garlic, minced
chopped spring onion
1 cm tamarind
salt, sugar and black pepper


Preparation: 

# Cut beef into slices, and marinated with salt and pepper in 5-7 minutes
# Add warm water to tamarind until dissolve by itself


How to Cook :

1.    Fry beef with olive oil in medium high heat and keep stir it until crisp and set aside
2.    Saute minced garlic and shallot together with olive oil until its fragrant
3.    Add remaining beef to the sauted seasoning
4.    Sprinkle a pinch of salt, sugar and black pepper
5.    Pour the tamarind water into it, and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes
6.    Remove beef from the pan and serve

Ingredients : 

1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 1/2 cup of out-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon


Preparation: 

#  Pre heat oven to 350 F
#  Lightly butter the baking pan or use oil cooking spray


How to Cook :

1.    In a first bowl, whisk all flours, cocoa powder, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
2.    In a second bowl, beat with mixer butter, brown and granulated sugar until fluffy
       add vanila extract and egg gradually, mix again with mixer on medium high
       (after put egg, do not over mix)
3.    Turn the mixer to low speed and gradually add the mixture of flour - oatmeal mixture
4.    Drop chocolate chips and keep mix it on low speed mixer
5.    Drop the cookie dough to the baking pan
       (using small size ice cream scoop or using spoon)
6.    Bake for another 15-17 minutes
       It looks like this :





7.    Put in the cooling rack and wait for a couple minutes to serve.


   




The taste of Asian food... full of seasoning, the fish is so tender... 

Usually they use gurame fish instead of Rohu fish. But the taste is almost same. 

Just serve with hot white rice and... 
It tastes soooo gravy and delicious...!! 





Ingredients : 

4 rohu or tilapia fish
vegetable oil
2 stalks red chili or bird's eye chilli
2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
3 shallot
2 garlic
2 candlenuts
1 cm ginger
3 bay leaves
chopped spring /green onion
salt, sugar and pepper


Preparation: 

#  Seasoning fish with salt, turmeric powder, and marinated in 20-30 minutes
#  Deep fry marinated fish until golden brown in high heat


Instruction :

1.    Blend all seasoning: garlic, candlenuts, ginger and turmeric together
2.    Saute the seasoning with vegetable oil until fragrant
3.    Add the fried fish to the sauted seasoning
4.    Seasoning it with salt, a pinch of sugar and pepper
5.    Cook and stir for another 5-8 minutes
6.    Remove the fish from the pan and serve

     







Who doesn't like bread..? 
Everyone loves it, right..? 
Now we are gonna make other version of bread, what we called "Egg in Bread Basket "... 
Let's try this super EASY recipe ever...!!!





Ingredients : 

3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
6 eggs
6 whole bread
slices of veal beef, smoke turkey or bacon
1/4 cup shredded of cheddar cheese
chopped spring /green onion
salt and pepper
paprika, garlic and chilli powder


Preparation: 

# Preheat the oven 400 F or about 200 C in 10 minutes


How to Cook :

1.    Melting the unsalted butter and set aside
2.    Fry the bacon over medium heat
3.    Lightly butter the muffin pan
4.    Press and flatten each bread with rolling pin.
       Be careful do not tear off the bread.
       Then use a jar top or mug to cut the bread into 6, 4 1/4 inch, round
6.    Put bread which been cut, press two halves into each muffin cups.
       Try to shape it like a basket.
7.    Coating all the breads with melted butter
8.    Lay on the bacon or smoke beef into each bread
       and put shredded cheddar cheese on it
9.    Crack one egg on each bread
       and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and chilli powder
10.  Sprinkle it again with chopped of spring onion
11.  Bake for another 17-20 minutes
12.  Remove from the oven

       And Voila... It's ready to serve...!! :)
