MID DAY SNACK


Almost everyone loves molten lava cake...
This cake is fudgy outside and soooo moist inside..
Suprisingly, it's gonna melt when u break it out ...


Yes... you can buy it anywhere in the cafe or cake shop.. 
But why don't you make it by yourselves?
It's easy.... super easy... just need couples of minutes...

So you can adjust you favorable taste..
I prefer less sweet in flavour..
Because I don't like too much sugar..
How about you..?

In this recipe, I just make 2 small portions. 
I used very tiny ramekin...
but if you wanna more, just double my recipe.. 
So now..
Let's check out the recipe..




                                                                         
Ingredients : 

1/3 cup of all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
226 grams / 8 oz dark chocolate
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg
113 grams /4 oz of unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation: 

#  Pre heat oven to 400 F
#  Slightly butter the ramekins and coat them with sugar


Instructions :

1.    Melting the dark chocolate using double boiler techniques
2.    Beat sugar and butter and sugar together until pale in colour
3.    Add 3 eggs gradually and keep mixing it until fluffy
4.    Pour vanilla extract into it
5.    Add flour gradually and keep mixing it until incorporated
6.    Pour your melted chocolate, mix it, but do not overmix
7.    And put your dough to the ramekin, place the ramekins into the baking pan
8.    Bake for another 10-13 minutes (depends on your oven)
9.    Cooling down for about 5 minutes
10.  Remove the lava cake by using spatula into your serving dish.
11.  Cut it and enjoy your molten lava cake.. :)









Banana Oatmeal Pancakes (Gluten Free)





Ingredients : 

1 1/2 banana
1/3 cup quicked rolled oatmeal (I choosed redmill brand oatmeal gluten free)
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
a pinch of baking powder (to make fluffy)

Topping : 
honey or maple syrup
strawberry
blueberries
desicated coconut


Instructions :

1.    Blend banana, oatmeal, eggs until fine
2.    Put banana mixture on a bowl, and add salt and baking powder
3.    Heat skillet over medium heat with a dash of olive oil
4.    Pour approximately 1/4 cup banana mixture to the skillet
5.    Cook for about 1 1/2 minutes or until bubbles appeared on the middle
6.    Turn and cook other side for about 1 minute
7.    Remove from the heat and serve with honey or maple syrup, strawberry, blueberry, and desicated coconut for a better flavour




Oatmeal Choco Chips






Everyone loves Chocolate...

Ingredients : 

1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 1/2 cup of out-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon


Preparation: 

#  Pre heat oven to 350 F
#  Lightly butter the baking pan or use oil cooking spray


How to Cook :

1.    In a first bowl, whisk all flours, cocoa powder, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
2.    In a second bowl, beat with mixer butter, brown and granulated sugar until fluffy
       add vanila extract and egg gradually, mix again with mixer on medium high
       (after put egg, do not over mix)
3.    Turn the mixer to low speed and gradually add the mixture of flour - oatmeal mixture
4.    Drop chocolate chips and keep mix it on low speed mixer
5.    Drop the cookie dough to the baking pan
       (using small size ice cream scoop or using spoon)
6.    Bake for another 15-17 minutes
       It looks like this :





7.    Put in the cooling rack and wait for a couple minutes to serve.


 





Choco Cat Tongue Cookies






Ingredients :

125 gram of all purpose flour
1 table spoon of corn flour
125 gram of unsalted butter
3 egg white
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoon of cocoa powder



Preparation : 

 Pre heat oven to 320 F or 160 C



How to cook : 


1.     Beat unsalted butter with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until pale
2.     And add sift flour and corn flour, salt, cocoa powder gradually
3.     Keep mixing it well
4.     Add white eggs gradually then beat again until fluffy
5.     Fill a pipping bag with the dough using a plain decorating tip
6.     Lightly butter the baking pan or use parchment paper
7.     Shaping the dough in a special cat tongue's baking pan






8.     Bake the cat's tongue dough in the oven for about 15 minutes
9.     Remove from the oven and put in the cooling rack
